The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.

The client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork.

Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space).

As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process.

If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

Payments must be full and upfront, through Paypal invoices only and in USD.

Once the work has been started I do not accept refunds unless something happens on my part.

The buyer pays the service charge (since it’s an international payment it is calculated by a certain %, meaning the charge can go up to 5~10$and sometimes more).

Please provide as many visual references as possible, the more references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.

I will not take a commission without visual references, I don't do character design commissions (this might change in the future).

Commissions are not first come first served.

I'll try to finish your order as soon as possible, but due to health problems the wait may be extended, please be patient with me 🙏. This is why I don't work with deadlines! The estimated waiting time is 1-4 weeks from the moment I start working on your commission.

I will contact you if there will be a longer delay.

I'll send you a sketch for approval. This is the moment when you can ask for major changes(3 max). There is no chance for big changes later in the process, so please be concise with your feedback.

Once I'm done with your commission, I'll only allow minor adjustments: hues, a color I got wrong, small details, text variations, etc, but no major changes that will affect the composition of the piece.

I will deliver the full piece via e-mail. The artwork is a digital good and will not be physically sent to the customer.
